Customers have 21 days from the date of purchase to make returns or exchanges. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email or phone before you return the item, only in the case of:
- Items must have a RECEIPT and original packing slip, be in original packaging or boxes, must NOT have been worn or used, and all hang tags must still be on the items. Freight costs are not refundable.
- Customers can return all regular-priced items for a full refund.
- Customers can return sale items, discounted up to and including 30% off, for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs when returning by mail. - Orders for in-store pickup will be prioritized and shipped to the selected pick-up location, and you will be notified once ready for pickup.
- Orders with multiple items will be consolidated and shipped from one location. This may take a few extra days of processing.
- We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays or lost deliveries.
