Customers have 21 days from the date of purchase to make returns or exchanges*
- Items must have a RECEIPT and original packing slip, be in original packaging or boxes, NOT have been worn or used, and all hang tags must still be on the items.
- Customers can return all regular-priced items for a full refund. Freight costs are not refundable.
- Customers can return sale items, discounted up to and including 30% off, for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- Customers who purchase clearance items at 35% off or greater are a FINAL SALE, with no exchanges or returns.
For your convenience, we offer two return/exchange options:
- Free Returns to either of our retail stores in Regina or Winnipeg
- Return to our store via mail
Returning an item
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs when returning items by mail. We recommend that Returns be returned with tracking and insurance, as Prairie Summit Shop is not responsible for lost packages. The return must be accompanied by the original sales receipt (sent via email confirmation), and the online order packing slip and returned to our web store within 21 days from the date of purchase.
Once we have received your item(s), we will check them over to be in good re-sellable condition and processed your return/exchange/credit, you will be emailed a refund receipt (please allow five (5) Business days to show on your bank statement). Please note it may take up to three (3) business days after arriving in store to be fully processed.
For exchanges of on sale items, the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.
Original shipping charges are NOT refundable on returned or exchanged orders.
Please call or email us before sending a return or exchange so we can access your order details and process your request as quickly as possible.
In-store Return or Exchange of Online orders is available at either of our locations: Regina and Winnipeg. Same requirements (original receipt, packing slip, inside any original packaging, & hang tags must still be attached.) Refunds will be processed in the same payment method used to place the original order.
Exchanging the same item in a different size or colour can be done right away in store *
