Shipping & Freight Information
- We strive to get all online orders processed within 1-3 working days (Tuesdays – Saturdays), excluding holidays.
- Freight estimates from Canada Post (or other delivery companies) do NOT include weekends or our processing days.
- If you need any assistance with your order, please get in touch with us or call us at 1-844-586-8631 (Tuesdays – Saturdays – 9:30 am – 5:00 pm CST, Regina). We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
- We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays or lost deliveries.
- Canada Post (and other delivery companies we may use) delivery standards are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary based on origin, destination, weather, and other factors outside of Prairie Summit Shop’s control.
- Orders for in-store pickup will be prioritized and shipped to the selected pick-up location. You will be notified once ready for pickup.
- Orders with multiple items will be consolidated and shipped from one location, which may require a few extra processing days.
- Please ensure your email and phone number are accurate to speed up communication.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your Spam folder or contact us.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- We are a small business with a big website. Technology may not always be accurate, so we will reach out if there are any questions or concerns regarding your order.
Free Shipping on Orders over $199
We currently offer Free Regular Shipping within Canada on orders over $199.
*Due to the size, shape, and weight of select items, certain items are excluded from this offer. All items are available for Free pick up in-store from both our Regina and Winnipeg locations, and these items are also available with normal shipping rates applied in the cart. Some items will need special shipping, and you can contact us for more info.

In-Store Pick Up
Skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at either of our Regina or Winnipeg locations. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, we’ll begin preparing your items. If a store‑to‑store transfer is required due to availability, this process may take 3–10 business days, and timelines can vary based on weather and courier travel conditions. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
Prairie Summit Shop ships online orders via Canada Post service (or other partner courier companies, depending on availability); delivery times are usually within 1-3 days for local, up to 3-5 days for regional, and up to 7-14 days for national.
