The variable forming of the aluminum Reactiv™ frame changes from a cylindrical to an elliptical shape to increase strength where the frame bears the greatest load for a stiff- er, more responsive snowshoe frame. Customers have 21 days from the date of purchase to make returns or exchanges. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email or phone before you return the item, only in the case of:
- Items must have a RECEIPT and original packing slip, be in original packaging or boxes, must NOT have been worn or used, and all hang tags must still be on the items. Freight costs are not refundable.
- Customers can return all regular-priced items for a full refund.
- Customers can return sale items, discounted up to and including 30% off, for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- Customers who purchase clearance items at 35% off or greater are a FINAL SALE, with no exchanges or returns.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs when returning by mail. We recommend that Returns be returned with tracking and insurance, as Prairie Summit Shop is not responsible for lost packages.
